At Two Parrots, he leads business vision, directions, and export initiatives. Try Senhoeun holds professional trainings in entrepreneurship skills, supply chain development, business development skills, leadership, factory development, processing machineries development and foods processing skills in Cambodia and Republic of Korea. He brings extensive experience in agribusiness and supply chain development, with a strong track record in building sustainable market linkages, driving brand growth, and developing value-added agricultural products. Driven by a clear vision, Mr. Try Senhoeun is passionate about seeing Cambodian agricultural products successfully sold and distributed in international markets—particularly under Cambodian brand names—thereby creating long-term value for farmers, businesses, and the national economy.
Mrs. TO Sony – Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Over 22 years of experience in agribusiness business development across pepper, rice flour, instant rice noodles and food processing. At Two Parrots, he leads business directions, business operations, financial management, sales and marketing. Sony has an educational background in fields related to agribusiness, business management, and food systems. He has joined professional trainings in business management, financial management, standard of operations, sales and marketing strategy, leadership and management, sustainable enterprise development in Cambodia and Korea. She brings extensive experience in agribusiness and food value chain development, with a strong focus on sustainable production, market-oriented farming, and international trade. She plays a key role in empowering local farmers by promoting inclusive business models, capacity building, and fair market access, enabling smallholders to participate effectively in high-value domestic and international markets. Under her leadership, the company actively promotes authentic Cambodian agricultural products, strengthening national branding and increasing global market recognition.
